Yes. We provide customized manufacturing based on drawings or samples,
including drawing evaluation, process optimization, prototyping and mass production.
Q4 Can I customize the packaging?
Yes. We provide neutral packaging or customized packaging with customer logos
and labels according to requirements.

Q5 How can I get a quotation?
Please send us your drawings, specifications, materials and quantities.
Our team will provide a quotation promptly.
Q6 Can I get samples first? How long does it take?
Yes. Sample production usually takes 3–7 days depending on product complexity.
Q7 What is the lead time for bulk orders?
Bulk orders usually take 15–30 days depending on order quantity,
materials and production requirements.
Q8 What shipping methods do you provide?
We support air shipping, sea shipping and express delivery.
FOB, CIF and DDP trade terms are available.
Payment & After-sales
Q9 Can you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
Yes. We respect customer intellectual property and provide confidentiality
protection for drawings and project information.
Q10 Do you offer after-sales service?
Yes. We provide warranty support. If quality issues occur,
we offer solutions including replacement or additional support.
